The aid stations, along with water and other supplies, are stored in Champion trailers on the course until the morning of the race. Champion then assists with the aid station set-up prior to the race and the strike after the race.
Champion also transports the Gatorade, race cups, signage, participation programs, race barriers, clean-up supplies and AV equipment to the racecourse.
Prior to the race, Champion manages the coordination, fulfillment, and delivery of the pre-race runner packets, which includes runner bibs, apparel, nutritional food samples and other giveaways.
Champion uses air-ride trailers, equipped with e-track, load bars and ratcheting straps. Our drivers understand the value of being on time and are trained to effectively negotiate the busy streets of Chicago. Champion’s onsite representatives work directly with the Project Managers and technicians to ensure a successful set-up and strike.
Champion has been fortunate enough to work with other high-profile events like the NFL Draft, Lollapalooza, Taste of Chicago, Air and Water Show, and the Chicago Blues Festival.
Through the utilization of the Champion fleet and a network of specialized event carriers, we deliver the industry's most dependable and adaptable transportation services. Additionally, our seasoned Air Freight division is at your service for any last-minute event changes or additions.
